Yoga for Grief
In this 10 minute video I take you through some very gentle yoga exercises to help cope with the feelings of grief. The aim is not to eliminate your sadness and grief, but to reduce the significant stress that these heavy emotions cause. You will feel a little lighter after. When you are suffering from loss and grief you need to take more time for self care. Your immune system needs extra care in order for you to stay resilient for yourself and others that still need.
