I will teach you a Yoga breathing technique called the Wim Hof Method breathing which involves deep diaphramatic breathing and a breath hold. This breathing exercise for energy will strengthen your diaphragm muscle, which is your primary breathing muscle. Practicing this breathing exercise will make you feel so good for the whole day with more energy and less anxiety.
