15 minute Easy Stiff Spine Yoga Exercises.
If you’re over 50 and feeling a bit stiff around your spine and hips then practice along with me in this easy to follow and relaxing video. I made this video because I felt a bit stiff that day and rather than just doing the exercises on my own I thought I may as well whack the camera on me and bang out a you-tube vid while I’m at it. Helping myself to feel loose as well as helping you at the same time. The older you are the more you need it.
