Daily Stretches for over 50s
In this video I guide you through some of the easiest and most important daily stretches for over 50s and beginners. If you are feeling stiff or stressed then you will benefit tremendously from practising along with me in this video.

It’s just 15 minutes of your day and you will feel so good after. If you are NOT doing these stretches regularly then you are doing your body a huge disservice.

Commit to your body and do the work. Slow down joint ageing and feel your best everyday.
