In this quick video I guide you through the best surfing stretches for preventing stiff neck and shoulders and surfing for longer and looser.

I show you the best pre-surf exercises that you can do on the beach while checking the lineup. Then I take you through the best stretches to do at home post surf.

If you neglect the pre-surf exercises you are more likely to get an injury and get earlier paddle fatigue. If you neglect to stretch post surf then the stiffness will accumulate and set in over the years until you can no longer paddle anymore without pain.

In my opinion nothing is better than a good surf – so do these exercises and still surf until your dying day.
