Are you like the majority and sit while waiting to board plane in the airport? Do you get a stiff back, complaining disposition and low energy when travelling long distances?

Follow my advice and make every day a happy day, prevent back pain, life threatening DVT and low energy. Be in the minority and make waiting for your plane a good time to exercise, stimulate blood flow to your trillions of cells and feel the wonderful exercise endorphins.
