Strength Workout No Equipment Over 40s
Do this strength workout 2 times per week if you want to cultivate a strong, toned and healthy body, and to avoid middle aged spread. Don’t just do cardio. You MUST do strength training as well for having your best body.

No need to join a stinky gym! I will teach you how to use your bodyweight to challenge every muscle group. At any age it is important to work on strength but the older you get the more important it is for bone health, weight gain prevention, energy, metabolism, confidence, immune system, independence and longevity. It is quite hard work but it’s only 25 minutes twice per week and it will make you stronger, healthier and happier.
