This is a 20 minute yoga pilates workout for experienced over 40s. Yoga with Pilates is a perfect combination for cultivating your joint strength and mobility. You will be using your body weight as strength training to maintain muscle mass and bone density, which is extremely important for all ages, but especially over 40s.
This video is made for intermediate students and is a perfect morning workout to fire up your resting metabolism and positive feeling for the day ahead.
