Bodyweight Strength Workout Test For Over 40s
How strong are you? Try this 12 minute bodyweight strength workout test for over 40s and you will get a good measure of whether you are above or below average strength. I have worked with 1000s of over 40s and know what happens to people when they commit to my classes. They become very strong. If you can keep up with me in this video then you are above average strength for any age.
