Steps to Achieving a Perfect Down Dog Pose
In this video I will take you through the steps to achieving the perfect down dog pose. Of course perfect does not exist but everyone can work towards a strong, straight and relaxed down dog pose. The benefits of practising down dog are numerous- straighter back, increased blood flow to the brain, stronger arms and feeling calm and energised at the same time.
You don’t need to be good at it to get the benefits – just practice along with me and see how you feel after. Practice 3 or 4 times per week and within months you will have a perfect down dog pose. (or as close to perfect as possible)
