Easy Yoga for Constipation
Are you suffering constipation? If so you are not alone.

Constipation is the most common gastrointestinal complaint, resulting in 2.5 million doctor visits annually. Constipation should be treated sooner rather than later to prevent haemorrhoids, anal fissures, impaction and rectal prolapse. Constipation is more likely with age as everything is slowing down – gut flow, blood flow, lymph flow etc.
