Exercise for Coordination and Fitness Over 50s.
The older you get the more you’ll need the exercises for coordination and fitness included in this 10 minute video. I take you through 4 wonderful exercises that work on your coordination and fitness at the same time. Try them and if you find it easy then no need to practice again. However if you find it challenging then keep practising until it becomes easy. The benefits from practising these exercises are improvement in concentration and memory, cardiovascular fitness, balance, strength, energy and general brain body health.

If you would like to be old with a younger brain and body then you have to keep challenging yourself. Enjoy.
