It is very calming, easy and relaxing and suits any age and level of ability but I made it especially for beginners who are over 50.
If you enjoy gentle stretching exercises then you will love this practice. My influences are Yoga (all styles), Pilates, positive health Psychology and exercise science.
My special power is in educating, influencing and motivating you.
Look after yourself and slow down cellular ageing which includes joint ageing.
