Yoga Over 60
This is a 60 minute recording of one of my yoga classes tailored for over 60s. The class targets the glutes/hip area which is especially important work for over 50s to maintain good balance, hip bone density as well as freedom around the hip area.
If you value having a younger body then devote 60 minutes of quality time practicing along with me and the other students in this class. If you have a resistance band it is optional with some of the exercises.
