full body workout 15 minutes

This video is a 15 minute full body workout with cardiovascular exercises to maintain and improve bone density in the hips. I made it for over 50s with low impact on knees and no jumping. It is especially good exercise for over 50s who are overweight. The cardiocascular and strengthening exercises for glutes and legs will improve resting metabolism which will help to burn calories throughout the day, even when resting!

Another huge benefit of the exercises are an improvement in balance.
