Yoga for Over 60 Beginners Whole Body.
This video is perfect for you if you are a beginner, and especially if you’re over 50 and a bit stiff. It is a recording of a 60 minute yoga class taught at my Busselton, Western Australia studio. You can follow along at home and experience the wonderful feeling of being stretched, toned and relaxed from a full yoga class. We do a lot of extra work on the lats (side muscles) in this class which will help to free up your lower back, shoulders and breathing. Another bonus is it will tone up your waist.

Put in the time and effort and you will feel your core muscles come to life as well as moving more freely for days after.
