Balance Exercises for over 50s
If you are over 50 then you know that you need to work on your balance to prevent deterioration. In this short video I take you through the most simple and effective progressive balance exercise taken from physiotherapy. At first you will find the exercise difficult but your brain and body will quickly adapt and within weeks you’ll notice an improvement in your everyday balance.
