Breathing and Meditation exercises
In this video I teach you a 10 minute breathing and meditation exercise that will leave you feeling lowered anxiety and stress for hours after. An additional benefit to learning and practicing deep diaphragmatic breathing is that it stimulates gut motility, flow of blood and lymph. As we get older we tend towards stiffer, shallower breathing and stagnation of circulation. Therefore if you are over 50 it is even more important to do this video, and all my videos.
