I just added this one to my regular rotation of your workouts. It's a bit challenging for me now, but like the way you present the simpler version of a pose, and then show the progression to the more difficult poses. It gives us novices a good understanding of how to get there!

I’ve been doing your 1 hr+ classes when I don’t get to my local class. I love your classes so much that I haven’t been to my local classes bc I can do yours when it’s convenient for me without leaving the house.
