Yoga Teacher

I found Yoga in 1990 while studying Psychology and Human Movement at the University of Western Australia. It made me feel happier so I kept going back for more.

Since then I’ve never stopped studying positive health psychology, exercise physiology, Pilates, all yoga styles and health and longevity science. Starting in 1995 I’ve taught over 10,000 yoga classes and will teach until my dying day in person, on YouTube and on zoom.

 I’m passionate about helping people, especially older people, to use Yoga and other exercises to slow down ageing and feel their best.

My special powers are in getting people who normally don’t enjoy yoga, or wouldn’t even try it, to become addicted.
