At home exercise video course for over 50s to prevent dementia, Alzheimer's dementia, heart disease, osteoporosis and type 2 diabetes.

Are you over 50 and experiencing a decline in your body?

You can prevent age related decline. Take up this self paced exercise course to keep your body young and prevent the onset of disease.

What does your future body look like?

Imagine 2 versions of yourself in 10-20 years time:

1) Keep doing what you've always done and every year put on a bit of weight round the middle torso, lose some muscle mass and bone density, experience a decline in mental focus and memory, feeling fatigued most of the time, and quite possibly have the onset of dementia, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes or osteoporosis. You feel less joy in everyday life and start to become a burden on your family.

2) You take up this course. You commit to the exercises 3 times per week. You follow some of the health tips and make a few minor tweaks in your diet and lifestyle. You lose a bit of weight round your middle, have the energy levels of a 25 year old and a very strong body with excellent balance and cardiovascular fitness. Your are in robust good health and ready to take on extra challenges in life. You feel happier than ever and are optimistic about old age. Your childeren can't keep up with you.

Be number 2 - it's in your control.

Common Q and A's

How much time commitment do I need to put in?

For maximum benefits you are encouraged to practice 3 videos per week for at least 12 weeks. The videos range from 12 minutes (shortest) to 25 minutes (longest).

Do I need to go on any special diets?

No, but there are dietary and lifestyle tips that are proven to help with healthgevity. There is nothing drastic like veganism and ketogenic diets.

I am very overweight and have tried many exercise and diet programmes with amazing promises of weight loss in my past. I always re-gain the weight I’ve lost after a period of time. Will I lose weight off this course, and will it last?

If you practise at least 3 videos per week and follow the lifestyle tips with each video then you will lose weight. However this programme is NOT a lose weight quickly by making massive changes to your diet and fitness regime. This course is about making small sustainable changes gradually over time that result in very slow loss of fat and gain of muscle mass. This programme is about small habits and life skills that will take you through to old age healthily. Slow change is the easiest and most sustainable for long term health benefits.

How long will the course last?

10 years minimum, possibly lifetime access.

Do I need the internet to access?

Yes you will, but the videos are downloadable, so once downloaded onto a device you will be able to access offline.

Can I login and do the videos on any device?

Yes, wherever you are you can login in on a computer, iPad, iPhone, or smart TV that has internet connection.

Do I need to purchase any exercise equipment?

No, you only need your body.

How long does the course take?

Most people take 12 weeks to complete but everyone is different. You may take longer or shorter than others, depending on your starting fitness level and also how much consistent effort you put in. However you never really complete any fitness programme. You are encouraged to keep practicing the videos for life.

I am 76 and have osteoarthritis in hips and knees, a bad back and many other injuries. I am worried that I won’t be able to do the exercises without aggravation?

Jackie gives options for all levels, ages and injuries. Every exercise has an easier option that everyone can do. Do what you can and just keep moving is the main thing. Just be sensible and start very slowly, and take it from there.

I am only 56 and am already experiencing memory loss. Will I benefit from the course?

Yes - the worse condition your body and brain are in, the more you will benefit. It’s never too late (or too early) to make real changes in your brain health. This is exactly what the programme is for.

How do I get my money back guarantee if I don’t get value?

You will need to email Jackie - she includes her email at the end of the course. She will then organise a time to ring you via zoom and talk to you to make sure you truly committed.
