a time when a woman's emotions undergo many changes.
Yoga
will help you have the best possible preganancy and delivery. The
Asanas (postures) will improve your fitness and well-being, aid
circulation, improve muscular control, strengthen back and abdominal
muscles and speed recovery after birth. The function of the nervous
system, endocrine glands, and digestive system are all improved,
increasing your sense of physical and mental well being, and energy.
Yoga
breathing and relaxation will help you handle the whole process,
from conception, birth and afterwards with greater calm and assurance.
Yoga
will keep you in touch with the changes in your body and provide
a positive environment for the growing child.
Any
Yoga class is a happy class, but a Yoga for pregnacy class is especially
happy. New life has been created and to practice Yoga carrying that
new life is to practice yoga with a very special joy.
