Movements flow to rythmically controlled breathing. It brings every muscle group into play, and teaches deep, controlled breathing. Health here is defined as the state where all organs function perfectly under intelligent control of the mind. Each of us has the capacity to use Yoga for improved health and appearance within an individual framework, making Hatha Yoga non-competitive.
