Classes

All sorts of people practice Yoga, and there are many more who are curious about it but are unsure whether Yoga is for them.

You may be a young student not keen on competitive sport, or you may have gone through your school days avoiding sports, or you haven't played sports since your school days. If you have an injury that excludes you from enjoying your favourite pursuit, if you are housebound, bored and irritable, if you are a worker under pressure, or just looking for a sensible way to maintain good health, Yoga is for you. Athletes also benefit from the conrolled stretches, as flexible muscles resist injuries.

Yoga is for everyone. Let us help you to better health - calm and happiness. Teachers are IYTA accredited, so you can be assured your regular classes are in the hands of qualified professionals.

Pricing

10-week term (10 consecutive weeks) $140
5-week half-term (5 consecutive weeks) $80
Casual Class (pay per class) $18


Payment accepted by cash or cheque.

Classes are all 1 1/2 hours duration.

What to Bring
You will need to bring a mat, blanket or large towel.
